Full service is available from site plans and excavating to painting, carpet and finish work. Duramater permits, schedules and attends all inspections. Duramater ensures quality and durability by achieving and often surpassing industry standards. The reward is very few call backs and peace of mind.
Some of our practices include:
- the use of liquid nails (glue)
- solid sheathing around the house (no asphalt impregnated sheathing)
- 3/4” tongue and groove decking for roofs and floors pressure treated bottom plates and plywood
- 5 1/2” structural slabs of concrete at a minimum of 3500 psi
- exterior wall insulation R-19 and ceiling insulation R-38
- double-nailed drywall (old school)
Duramater has specialized options for owner-assisted projects or sweat equity programs. Sweat equity can be used to save substantial money. “We know how to put you to work.”
