Remodels can range in complexity from painting a room to moving a structural wall. Duramater has converted garages, replaced windows, redone kitchens and bathrooms, upgraded insulation and pitched flat roofs. There is no limit to what can be done. The challenge of any remodel is the potential inconvenience. We take time to clean and organize projects every day as well as to stay in constant communication so that goals and timetables are met.

Remodeling has to be one the most challenging construction endeavors. With new construction, you know what's coming from start to finish, but this is not so with a remodel. Certain assumptions can be made to come up with an estimate (for example: an estimate may call for jackhammering an existing concrete pad assuming it is 4" deep only to find out the it is 12" deep, thus increasing the amount of hammer and disposal time). Duramater will do everything possible to take the mystery out of the estimation process.

The flip-side to remodeling is that it yields amazing results. The most astounding changes are possible, and the final results will outweigh any challenges that arise.
